Your discovery will start with an introduction to Estonian culinary culture by one of the celebrated restaurant owner and sommelier, followed a welcome dinner to inaugurate your gourmet weekend. You will also have a possibility to get to know the modern Estonian cuisine and learn some secrets from Estonian celebrity chefs. We have also chosen some excellent fine dining restaurants to savor the best this Nordic capital can offer!

Your will also explore the medieval Old Town, the lovely Kadriorg and Pirita seaside districts, the newly opened fascinating Seaplane Harbor and the characteristic Open Air museum in Rocca al Mare with your guide introducing the rich history and traditions of Estonia.

Spend a wonderful morning exploring the interesting history and stunning architecture of Tallinn’s Old Town on a 2-hour guided tour.

For lunch, you will have the chance to learn something more about the Estonian cuisine and participate in a cooking course and lunch at KÖÖK . The resident chef Tim Bramich uses his travel experiences and back­ground of work­ing in fine din­ing Miche­lin starred restaurants in Lon­don to explain and show you the basics of Estonian cuisine making. After a cou­ple of hours’ work you get to enjoy the fruits of your new culinary skills.

After lunch enjoy a walk in the Kadriorg park to see the romantic swan pond, Kadriorg Baroque palace, Peter the First House and modern art museum KUMU. You will also visit the seaside Pirita to see St Bridget Convent, Song Festival Grounds and Pirita Harbor.

Especially for Magic Unica guests an exclusive experience to enjoy Estonian aperitif with kama and other traditional delicacies in the historic Tallinn Song Festival Grounds magnificent Lighthouse where you can enjoy the Surprise Aperitif with a romantic and breath-taking panorama over the harbor and the city of Tallinn!

Distinctive Dining in one of the Estonian most high-end and praised restaurants “Ö” where the chefs even cook their very special bread, make sorbet’s from collected berries, dry and smoke carefully chosen meats and fish, boil their broths. This morning you will have a chance to discover the awaking, fresh and a bit edgy seaside area with the according cuisine: have a food stop at the fish market (only on Saturdays), walk the “Culture Mile” with en route stop at seaside design café “Klaus” for a soup or a salad and enjoy a 2-course lunch with wine at Seaplane Hangars restaurant/café.

After the tour you will have free time to explore and study Estonian interesting sea history at the just opened and reconstructed harbor and fully renovated Seaplane Hangars museum complex or enjoy the Tallinn famous panorama at a 2 hour sea trip where you will hear stories about Tallinn sea history, pirates and sea smugglers while tasting the nutritious fresh sea soup in a traditional seaman’s style on the historic Kasjamoor sailing boat!

For dinner you will have a choice of various restaurants, weather you wish to try some traditional Russian, modern Asian, Indian or some other cuisine, we will find a suitable restaurant for you and your friends. 


This morning you will take an inspiring and fascinating journey to learn how ancient Estonians. Located on the picturesque Kopli Bay, Rocca al Mare Open-air museum offers an authentic experience with 12 fully restored farms, windmills, church, schoolhouse and the Kolu tavern, where you will stop for lunch to experience the ancient Estonian food traditions.

After some free time to walk around in the Old Town, the perfect continuation for your historical discovery day will be the dinner at Olde Hansa – one of the most fascinating restaurants in Tallinn. Honoring the Hanseatic League and the golden age of Tallinn, “Olde Hansa” proposes a true medieval gourmet experience. Feeling yourself at home in the rich merchant house while tasting delicious food gives a perfect conclusion to your gourmet experience.
